they saw the courage
of Peter and John and
realized that they were
unschooled, ordinary
men, they were astonished
and took note that these
men had been with Jesus."
Acts 4:13
WHAT
GIVES YOU THE RIGHT?
Not
the right but a privilege,
not schooling but who
is your teacher, not
a vocation but a life
of faith.
Peter and John were
with Jesus - each day,
living in His presence,
hearing His Words, asking
for explanations, learning
the heart of God from
God Himself and head
knowledge took a turn
and headed (no pun intended)
down to the heart and
from there shot to the
lips and hands and feet
of the disciples, these
little Christs, and
they began to teach
and serve in the love
of God who indwelt them
.
In
Christ we have a permanent
on board Teacher giving
us daily instruction
on living a Godly life.
We seek Pastors and
teachers and authors
to enhance us but we
filter it all through
the Lord who we abide
in forever
When
we short circuit the
connection with our
sin, we confess and
repent to restore the
connective path-He didn't
go anywhere, our sin
took us off the right
path and we learn and
continue to learn a
life long lesson of
love from our God that
is with us.
