Paramedical Coverage includes the following practitioners: Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Chiropodists or Podiatrists, Naturopaths, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Dieticians, Audiologists, Ophthalmologists or Optometrists for Eye-exams.
There is no individual maximum per practitioner. Coverage is based on a combined annual dollar amount for all paramedical practitioners allowing for maximum flexibility in meeting the needs of each individual insured under a JDS SMALLGroup Insurance Benefit Plan.
Medical Services and Supplies include but are not limited to: Custom-made Orthopedic Shoes and Foot Orthotics, Hearing Aids, Diabetic Supplies and Equipment, Surgical Bras, Surgical Stockings. There is no individual maximum for any of the medical services or supplies under this portion of the benefit plan. Coverage is based on a combined annual dollar amount, allowing for maximum flexibility in meeting the needs of each individual insured under a JDS SMALLGroup Insurance Benefit Plan.
