Code of Consumer Rights

We adhere to the Code of Consumer Rights and Responsibilities. As your broker, we will work with you to place your business with whatever company that you agree is best for you. We have NO allegiance to one particular company. We currently have a loan from Dominion Insurance that was used to purchase a local brokerage. All of our insurance companies give us a contingent commission of about 1 or 2% based on our profitability, our sales performance, our losses and our potential losses. It is important therefore that we work with our clients to prevent claims.

We are paid on a commission basis from the insurance companies. The commission is standard for all our companies. Car and fleet policies range from 5% to 12.5% commission and all property and casualty policies range from 10% to 35% commission.

Our Brokerage Group has over 12,000 clients and we are working hard to keep up with the new commercial business that is referred to us due to our low rates and personal service.

Every major insurance company is represented in our office. Some have better service and rates than others. Most will niche market specific types of business.
